Default Greddy TT top speeds?

Not sure if this is a relevant question, but with the Greddy TT will the Z have a higher top speed? and if so, approx. what would it be?

Not unless the ECU is modified to remove the speed limiter.

Roughly 600 USD I think is what Technosquare charges for a reflash.

Hah, I love when people ask me what I've done on my car, then they always say "Oh cool, so how fast does it go now?" heheh. It can go just as fast as it did before, it just does it quicker.

The Z will go 160 mph stock, I don't see any reason to change that. I have never ever got it over 100 mph.

Are you sure you're pressing the right pedals?

Hahah! Yeah, I'm sure. I just have not figured out how to reflash my brain to remove the governor.

if I have to guess, I would say our Z can probably do 180mph with Greddy TT. The gearing and aerodynamic is what's gonna stop you going even faster than that. Of course, you would need to have your speed limiter removed..

well... theres a few ways to look at it.

of course the rev limiter and or speed limiter is what would stop you first. i have gone 145mph in the Z, and it is definatly very stable and ready for more... when our 18s are gone and we have some wider 19s it will help increase stability along with lowering the car, coilovers and sway bars. its safty first. my stock brembos are good but i would like the stop techs for playing around above 150mph. i would estimate enough HP to go 180 with the greddy kit at 6-8 psi... however, if you were to hold your car at 6-8 psi, under that type of load, with stock ignition timing, and the out of the box tune the e-manage has... your engine is not likely to survive the attempt. Anyone with the goals of hitting 200mph on a stock motor without blowing it up in short order needs to bow down to the earlier Viper GTS' with factory forged pistons, and "slap on" a quality supercharger or turbo system.
