1step colder plugs

Default 1step colder plugs

Have a question I recently checked my plugs I'm running stock still I have a vortech stock pulley and bolt ons . I heard its best to use 1 step colder plugs but do I need a retune ?? And could I use the gap as they come I read some people say to gap them but u can't gap iriudium plugs thank for your time !!

Iriudium plugs come pre-gaped! Just make sure they haven't been dropped! Like the guy that was getting mine for me.... I said how about six different ones now!!! Lol I picked up mine one step cooler iriudiums yesterday $7.50 each at bond auto

No retune. Yes,w/ about 400hp, you are supposed to run 1-Step colder plugs and 2-step for 500hp+. Most run NGK 1-steps. Contact Soho or Z1. Soho is where I get mine. And ya they come pre-gapped. Just make sure they all look identical. Or you can check w a gauge.

Alright cool thanks for the info I just read a couple days ago about some people having trouble with the gap because it was big but that was on higher boosted cars. I just wanted to make sure the gap would be okay and I wouldn't run into any issues

On stock Boost 7-8psi, standard gap should be ok.
