Default Changing Vortech V3 Air Filter on 350Z

I'm pretty much assuming that we have to take the blower off to do this, right?

Sounds like a pain to do.

BTW, how often do you guys replace/clean the filter

Thanks

is the V3 any different than the v2 as far as mounting or filter?

Try going through the wheel well.

I see. As in remove the front left wheel and then go from there?

PS, what is the hose that's connected to the filter?

Thanks guys!

hose goes to the back of the drivers side valve cover. May sure you reconnect it when you reinstall.

lossen lug nuts
jack car up
remove lugs
remove wheel
with a 10mm socket, remove the bolts from the lower heat shield that tie into the front fender liner ( i think 3)
with a flat head, pop the 3 plastic clips holding the fender liner in
remove fender liner
remove filter

install in reverse

Its a really simple process.
