I'm hoping you don't think that's the price for the kit... That link is for a part of the kit.

This is the actual kit: http://thmotorsports.com/hks/hks_gt_.../i-544407.aspx

Wouldn't be surprised one bit if he did.

an 18% increase hardly seems worth it considering what else is out there at that price range

18% for $2k is good bang-for-the-buck on this platform.

I have the same kit. Bought the kit for about used for around 2k and have since spent another 2k for supporting mods, like fueling system, oil cooler, radiator, injectors, uprev, etc. That didn't come as a surprise, but FI is never cheap. Do you still have stock clutch?

It's a good kit for stock block Z. Quiet and reliable. For a built engine you might want to consider something else.

The biggest knock on that kit is the HKS Supercharger fluid is NOT compatible with Rotrex kits... it took a small miracle to get my from a local BMW dealer in Miami and I paid over $100+ a quart because HKS Japan wasn't selling any and they didn't have any in stock.

It's really expensive. You got it cheap if it was "only 100+ quart" Here's were I got mine in case someone comes across this thread looking for that info.

If peak HP numbers to impress your friends is what you're after, move on to another choice. If you want a nice reliable, quiet, daily driven, quick boosted Z then this will do nicely. If your friends aren't impressed with not having your car at the shop all the time, then get new ones.....or just pop the hood...unless you keep the dyno sheet on your manifold, they should still be impressed.
Peak HP is definitely nice....but there's always someone faster out there.
What is the intended use for the Z? Track, Show, DD?

Default 350GT HKS Supercharger GT Kit

HI guys I am wondering if the 350GT HKS Supercharger GT kit fit our Z33 VQ35DE engine bay and also the piping and intercooler? Anyone here installed the 350GT kit in their Z before? Before a guy here are going to sell his 350GT HKS Supercharger kit in a pretty decent price I am considering.
