So bad a$$!! Way to represent us vortech guys!! I'm still waiting on my new blower to get here. Did you do anything differently on these passes? Last I seen, your 1/8 was 7.3. You killed it man!
Yes!
1. Installed a RJM Clutch Assembly
2. Installed Tuning Gear, so I can Tune at the Strip. This was Huge, and in the first pass was Extremely Lean.
3. Went to a 75% c16/ 25% Pump mix, vs had a 50/50 mix.
4. Added 1* of Ignition Timing in Across the board in boost.

^^ I think he was joking, lol . Your making us built engine Z's look bad with those great times! I can't wait to get my new blower and head to the strip with these stickier tires I got for my 300zx tt rear wheels. I'm sure I won't even get close to you, but it's gonna be a blast for sure!
With a Ti Trim and a Built Motor I could get your car in the 10's very easy.

Went yesterday, It was a really nice day. I think the track is at about 50ft, the temp was 66-68*, dew point was high 30's with about 40% humidity.
I worked it out, I think it was about 550 ft.
It was a Perfect Day.
And Bradenton Drag Strip only had about 55 cars there, because most of the guys were at Orlando.

This is great work!
Just last night I was thinking to myself that maybe I should buy another 350z to boost for daily driving since my 370z is going race-car. I was thinking of your car and success when it crossed my mind.
I was hoping to beat you to the 10's with my stock motor 370z although it would have been no real bragging rights as the stock engine in my car offers unfair advantage to the DE.
Your experience and driving skills beat me to it! Very impressive.
I hope not to offend anyone else... but I personally would have never considered a supercharged DE as an option for a personal car before I started following the success of your project. I think that says a lot about how under-estimated these cars are. I wish we had more people that wanted to work on sorting them out and extracting the most.
Again... very impressive, good work, and congratulations.

Your trap speed indicates that your car is making more power than almost anyone would say a stock DE is safe for. All that, while still eating the losses of spinning that supercharger. Your tuning must be very refined.
