Default blow by issue

I have got serious problem with bylow by. Back pressure from crank case is huge. All retainers and seals are blow after 15 minutes’ ride on boost. I tried everything, currently I’m venting crank case directly to the atmosphere via all four holes in covers (drivers side this from back, passenger side-drilled and this two from front of the engine). This doesn’t help. Anybody has similar problem ? I’m thinking about drilling hole directly in block or pan because I don’t have any other idea. Maybe somebody already tried it please share your experience.
My setup is build vq35de with greddy tt kit compression ratio 8:8.1 on CP pistons.

That massive blow by can't be good. Piston rings or ringlans must be shoot.

Compression on all cylinders is quite good. Engine works fine, I don’t think that rings are damage… for sure I need to vent crank case more efficient.
