Nice power. I want to do this on my 03 as well. I plan on upgrading my pistons to 11.0:1 and boring the cylinder walls .020 over. Looking forward to future posts about the build.

Ok I haven't on here in a while and last year I had the car tuned and drove all year with great results and no issues. I wanted to know what I should do to up the boost or get some more HP out of their vortech setups. I always have a 3.12 because this was a kit made for an Uprev and mine is an 03. My boost seems to peek at 7PSI at redline. Water/Meth..Pulley or cog pulley..also why do I see alot of others ditching the bypass valve for a TIAL BOV/Bypass valve. Not attempting to sound like a newb and i have been looking around. just needed some advice. THANKS!!

Play around using different cog pulleys to spin the blower faster for more boost, add a good water meth kit for added safety and a lil more power. Water meth is my next plan for my build.

I was considering doing a water/meth kit and use my washer tank. but that means a retune for me lol. I might as well do a 2.87 pulley too and get my moneys worth out of a tune. I know my pulley setup is for a Rev Up.

Studbolt03, are you using a stock Vortech IC?

What Serp Pulley? 3.12?

What Cog pulleys? 32/28? or ?

1. I'd go to a 2.87 Serp

2. Get a treadstone Tr-1245 Intercooler, will free-up 25-35whp

3. Add Radius Rod, will stop any belt slip with higher boost and stop Hp loss
