Called Hi Psi Performance again and scheduled a retune on the 30th, this tune will be on my 93 octane + Meth Injection with 100% Methanol mixture. The type of dyno they use is a Dynocom. Not too familiar with this brand but will read up on how it compares to Dynojet and others in terms of accuracy.

Hit 450miles driven on the Z now, a day ago I tested the car and went WOT from 3-5500k, car still has the previous meth tune and was pulling very hard but was running dangerously lean like 12.5afr so I let off. The Longtubes completely changed the way my TDX exhaust sounded, it was deep, throaty and intense. I can only imagine how loud it will be at redline.
However some bad news, I had a P0011 and P0022 code come up this am following very rough idle going to -18 vaccum from the previous -22 I would normally have on my boost gauge. Drivability is fine. Went and ordered new VVT solenoids in the hopes the codes go away and the Z behaves normally.
Also when I tried to use my UpRev Tuner cable (after updating the software again), ROM Editor would not recognize the ECU and continued to search for it even still showing my License status and ROM code so I was unable to reflash. Sent an email to UpRev with my license report and hope this is just a bug in the update instead of a fried ECU or ODBII port. Murphy's law I tell ya.
I do hope I fix these issues before the 30th for my retune or unfortunately the date will have to be pushed to the right.
EDIT: James Edwards from UpRev emailed me back a few moments ago and said the following:
"We are working on an update to fix this issue. We will have something out by today to have this fixed, sorry for the delay."
Soo good news for me that it wasn't an mechanical issue, it was on UpRev.

Yea I kinda over reacted lol, the solenoids will be here tomorrow next day shipping. And UpRev fixed their software tonight so reflashing isn't an issue anymore. It's just weird how both of them went out at once. Maybe it's due to the conventional oil I'm running during the motor break-in, idk...

Replacement solenoids cane in and I just finished installing them in the Z, started her up and she's idling fine with no codes.
Going to be changing my oil at the end of the week as well as my other fluids (Power steering, differential, brake fluid) and freshen everything up before the dyno day.

I went from the stock Sci trim to the uber ghey Superchargerrebuilds.com heavy flywheel Si cast impeller, then to the 928MS V+ Impeller and full blower rebuild. Yea I hate that f***ING thing, it's a paperweight in my office. It reminds me not to buy things without doing enough research. It ended up costing me 800+ bucks that freaking shady crook, Maness.

Tune day is today. Gonna stop by the shop after work and get'er done. I picked up the 2.87 pulley but won't be using it on this test tune until I get a fuel return and bigger injectors. I just want to see where I am at but still push my setup, you know?
I will keep the same serp pulley and cog setup and use 93+Boostane Professional additive w/ Meth spray starting at 8psi. Obviously this is a test race tune and won't be used on the street 100% of the time, the street tune will be detuned at least 4-5 degrees retard on the whole powerband. This is just to see what my Z is capable of now with 11.1 CP.

Sooo, I left the Z at the shop yesterday for my first tune after my motor rebuild, and I asked the tuner to call me when he was going to begin so I can come back and record and take pics during the process, and it wasn't even touched yet. Today hopefully they will do it, if they are not too busy. Trying to stay patient.

Ran into some issues with the amount of time this was going to take, We decided that the PMAS sensor won't be used right now (originally wanted him to work on the MAF scaling for this) and we will use the OEM MAF sensor. Tune will be finished today later in the evening. Once its completed I'll consolidate all the dyno data, pictures and video all in one post.
