Default Treadstone 3" MAF pipe

Well I screwed up and over tightened a t-bolt clamp on my plastic maf pipe. Whoops lol. I was wondering if anyone was running the treadstone 3" maf adapter pipe for the Hitachi style sensor? It's about the only thing I can find that is aluminum and bead rolled cause my car is fi and I'm turning the boost up soon. I already have the PMAS HPX maf sensor. Just looking for tips and advice before I purchase it. Thanx in advance!

I've used the 3.5" treadstone maf pipe...works fine, but like you I tend to overtighten the clamps, and the treadstone pipe isn't the thickest pipe, so I've seen deformation of the pipe over time...

Thanx for the info. I went ahead and ordered it anyway. I figured that was forum rules if there's no one that has it Ill purchase and post a review. Should be here Wednesday according to tracking. I'll have to paint it to match the rest of my IC pipes and I'll Do a good write up on it.

Alright so the maf pipe finally showed up! So I figured I would do a write up while the paint is drying. Shipping was ridiculously slow but it usually is from Florida to the Midwest. My initial impression is that it is a quality piece and a good product. For those of u looking to upgrade your maf pipe I would definitely recommend it. It is a thicker piece of aluminum pipe not cheap eBay IC piping. Couldnt tell you how thick the pipe is my micrometer is at work. It is only about a 1/4" shorter than the stock maf pipe with the bolted on 3" adapter so it fits perfectly. The welds on the maf bung are excellent quality and look perfect and the bolts line up perfectly with the maf sensor. The ends of the pipe are also quality bead rolled.
