Default Will a ssv intake manifold lean out a turbo kit?

So I'm looking at a used Powerlab gt35r turbo kit with utec system. The owner has a 5/16 intake manifold spacer and I have a velocity ssv intake manifold. I'm trading for all of his others parts even the 3 inch cat back exhaust. I have a nismo and he has a aam single 3inch not sure about that trade but I want to get every part I can other than the intake.

There are no utec tuners around where I live and run my business. I have been looking for some time for a drop in fi kit. My other option is to remove the intake manifold and do a stage 4 stillen.. His tune was done by the dyno shop and set to 7 pounds.

^ indeed. LOL, a turbo kit will lean out the SSV manifold, not the other way around! Tune is required even if everything is identical because the volumetric efficiency of your motor is going to be different.

In Spokane wa there aren't any uprev tuners here. Even English racing in Seattle doesn't tune with uprev. Every one keeps saying to get haltech. So if the cars runs supper lean we will order a haltech. And have the guy here tune with it.
