headgasket(s) finally failed on my 2004 350z (greddy TT)
Could someone please paste a link on a guide to change them? i could not find one on google

^yes to pulling the motor ...
how many miles on the motor? and on the turbos?
might be a good time to replace the blowers? replace wear parts in the waste gates? new vac lines? oil lines? check your headers/hot side for cracks? drop in new spark plugs? fresh oil? fresh trans fluid? new clutch plate? among other tasks...
