Default 1st TT in the bay area!!!!!!!!

First of all I want to give mad PROPS to Andy, Bill, Chris, and Andrew from I-speed USA for all the hard work that they put into this car. Thanks guys. Well, my car is finally done and here are some pictures of the whole installation. Let me know if it works or not. http://f1.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/fer...bum?.dir=/813f

Please elaborate more on the peice below. Is it an after market fuel rail for the 6 injectors and what size are you running?

Very nice setup.

Did you upgrade your exhaust yet? If not make that your next mod.

Sweet! And stock rims too. That's what I want to do (although I'm sure that won't last much more than about three or four traffic light races).

Enjoy the car!

That's the stock fuel rail, and the RC injectors that come with the Greddy kit.

fernandito7,

Well I just read your thread today and next thing I know I'm driving next to you on 101n, I was the blue 350z vert. Man that intercooler looks TIGHT and yes I did hear your turbos as you droped back and then accelerated . Clean car. I got a question for you, who did your install, where are they located, did they also tune the turbo for you, how much did the labor cost ya?

Daytona 350z, yea i saw u on 101 just thought i would let u hear those turbos.. The shop that did my install is called i-speed. here is their website http://www.i-speedusa.com/. Total labor was $1000. They did not tune my car because they r gonna let me run with the emanage for now. However, the lead tuner is gonna get the Technosquare program to reflash my ecu. Only thing is that its gonna cost him like $5000. He told me to let other Z owners know about this and that if i can get at least 3 confirmed Z's that want the reflash then he will get it sooner. Price for the reflash will be $500. So if ur interested let me know, leave me a PM or u can contact the tuner himself(BIll) at the ispeed website. His email is listed under William T. Knose. Im gonna get teh Profec e-01 soon so that they can turn up the boost a little and tune it right.

Wow... that's real clean.

How long does it take to get this kit installed and get the car running?

How come with E-manage... it sounds like "plug 'n play"? So there's no real tuning involved... just default parameters?

So what would the total investment be if I were to buy the kit and get it installed with no further modifications? If it doesn't require "real" tuning, then I have one less thing to worry about. I'd like to get it tuned someday with the magic 400rwhp in mind.

The problem is that I cannot find anyone here to do the work. I can't do this myself either. My best bet is to go to Texas.

I am using the HKS SSQ BOV. I love the sound. At low rpm's the sound is low but at higher rpms the sounds sounds so so so nice. I always have my window rolled down just so i can hear it.. Badabing, damn u have been waiting six weeks for it, i ordered mine and got it like 3 days after but the shop had the kit in stock. As for the emanage, there is no tuning required if u want to run at the 5.7 boost. What im not sure is that if u want to turn up the boost a little do u have to get it tuned. Ive heard that with the E-01 you have access to the maps but not sure if u can change or alter them. I will find this out when i get my E-01.

Fernando's emanage will be removed as soon as we have the TS reflash utility. The provided emanage with the kit is fine for the current boost level he is running but the top end seems to be a little rough most likely the CA 91 octane fuel we have here. All that will be solved once his ecu gets relfashed, we have been tuning Subarus for 4 years now and we use a software program called ECU-Tek to reflash the ECU. Same principle as the TS utility but a little more advanced. We will do all we can do improve the level of engine management for the 350Z community. Our lead tuner is working on the TS software as we speak. So yeah everyone stay tuned for updates we will be releasing products for you guys as soon as the R&D is complete. One more thing Fernando get an EXHAUST!!! We need to bring you to the 450 hp range ASAP.

Fernandito7 - where did you mount the BOV? Are you having any stalling issue? I've read from the other thread that it cause the car to stall no matter where you put the BOV. If so, how did you get around this?

TIA
