Default Greddy TT Power steering leak.

Curious if anyone else has run into this and what can be done to fix it. I’ve been just dumping fluid into the reservoir for like 10 years and my alternator is getting dripped into and my garage floor has a permanent stain.

This is the fitting included in the Greddy twin turbo kit and is the PS inlet to the pump from the reservoir. I had installed the OEM o ring where the red arrow is in the pic. It leaked so I tried a lot of things including 2 of the OEM o ring which amazingly worked the best but still a pretty bad leak. I tried an o ring at the red arrow, and RTV at the black arrow. Still leaked.

if I knew anyone who was able to weld the damn thing onto the pump that’s what I’d have done. But I do not…

help

indecided to google the pump and see what the original fitting looked like , see if t could be modded to work for AN fittings and saw this.

You know, I’d seen that but kind of poo-poo’d it because the price is a little steep for my purpose. But after your suggestion, I poked around that site a bit more and found a swivel AN adapter.

I bought a OEM PS pump with the fitting since my stock one is long gone. I’m going to try to make a stock one work and if I fail I can make the adapter work with some -10 hose I have in the garage.

thanks for the suggestion-it helped me get my brain churning.
