That is way too low. Sounds like you have a boost leak. What is your vac reading at idle? It should be ~-.7

I can build 3 psi in 5th at 2200 rpm. You could have an exhaust leak too. Did you remember to put the rings in the inlet side of your wastegates?

I am seeing the exact same spool up as 03ppw350z. I start to reach + boost at around 3600-4000 rpm and my vacuum readings around 2200 rpm is like 10 according to the e-01. im gonna check with my installer to see whats up.

Me too, almost no lag. I can build boost as low as 2300 in 4th. Something is wrong.

LOL! That's your problem. Those seat with the valve in the wastegate to seal. Have fun putting those in! matching up the wastegate/downpipe is the hardest part.

yeah they fit, but they are tight. They don't actually go all the way in until you torque the WG all the way down.

awesome! good to hear you fixed the problem.

those rings are the replacable valve seat for the wastegate. They are the sealing surface for the valve inside there.

etx is right, they dont go in all the way by hand, once your torque the gate down they close the valve some.
