I was hoping you could provide me with input as to which color you think I should go with for the Vortech Supercharger.
Satin or polished? Price difference should not be considered.

Price not being considered, definitely polished. I think the satin ones look like crap. I've got a "satin" Procharger. It looks bad. There's no "satin" about it, just rough metal.

 

Unless you are into showing off what you've got under the hood, satin all the way. It will cost you several hundred extra just so you can pop the hood and say, "Check out my polished supercharger." So, are you only into self gratifying performance or are you into performance AND showing off whats under your hood? That is the question...

Igor runs Automotiveforums.com I'm assuming as part of AF's Project 350Z he will be able to get various sponsorships for the car. Why not go for the polished one that looks 10,000% better if it's the same price?

you will appreciate the car more and when u open the hood bllam.. you see the shiny supercharger..

just remember to polish it every now and then.

 

Yes, go polished. I think the satin looks very "cast" and crude...unfinished. It's onlya couple hundred bucks more for polished, and it look look incredibel when you pop the hood. Good Luck!

 

poor me i got a satin unit........but at the red light.........polished or unpolished its ......ALOZZ4U......

 

fluidz, you gotta point. Man I would take that thing in a puck green color. It doesn't matter to me, I just want that damn thing!!!
