Wow..I am surprised your clutch went so easily...I got 388 ponies and dumped it on slicks @5000 rpms and no slip....I pulled a 1.79 60 ft on that run with a 12.4@111.9..I consistantly pull 12.6 @112's now with soft launches around 3000 rpms and a sliding off the clutch so nicely....Heres a lint to a video of me launching it at 3300 rpms on ET streets...http://www.**********.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=364

Yeah, but Daking just said he cut a 1.8 60' which would be much harder on the drivetrain than a 2.4.
Still could be a one off mechanical problem with that specific clutch though.
Edit: Sorry, it was AgentOrange with the 2.4 60'. M3 had the wheel hop, which definitely can add very large amounts of shock load to the drivetrain, and that maybe is why the clutch went when it otherwise wouldn't have.
