Mine is too, I can't get any tool on it. For my syringe, I cut the tip of the tubing at a 45 degree angle. seems to help it go in a little better. It's still a trick of shove, shove, shove until it gets past a little edge that it's catching on inside.

And to be sure, if this is your first change, you'll probably need to take out the procharger to get to the oil plug which is located under the supercharger.

I ended up paying $20 for the syringe, even though the first time I called asking for it, they said it was free.

I didn't think there was a way to get a ratchet on the plug either. Somehow I did just after calling and complaining to ATI. Then I felt pretty dumb. I had to remove the trottle body tubing and force the intercoller discharge tube over towards the wheel well. Then use one hand to postion the socket onto the drain plug while using the other hand to connect the ratchet to the socket. This had to be done with my hands on the front and back of the compressor. The easiest way to catch the oil is to place a towel under the plug and just let the oil fall into it. Kind of redneck but I had nothing else to catch the oil with.

You are in the garage on the weekend catching super charger oil with a towel from your super sucker .

I didn't use a ratchet. I used a closed end flat wrench that has a slight bend at the end. I just put a plastic bag under it to catch the draining oil. Maybe I'm just lucky but it really has been pretty easy. The first time took me about an hour and the second time about 20 minutes.
