You can see where the stock fuel pump starts to lose pressure after 5500 rpm's ..... just like TS said it would.

So the jump at 5500 is simply where it's still not tuned?

the jump is where it is tunned it doent go over 11.9 we have to tune down low to lean it out. down low is still the stock greddy map up top is where we did a quik 3 minute tune. at first 5500 and up were really lean then we brought it down to under 11.9 i didnt want it over 12 at all. i watch the fuel pressure guage on the regulator and it jus rises when into boost. im sure if i left the stock pump in there it wouldnt keep up with the 8psi setting at all!

Alfred,

You were mentioning yesterday at DynoTex that you will be going to the tracks last night. Did you go? If so , what type of numbers did you get.

we did not go to the track we were working on my friend alberts turbo mustang till 3 in the morning we are going friday for sure though. im going to be putting on some weld front runners im not going for et just yet im still on stock clutch i want to try to break a 120 trap speed. when i was at 6psi and dynoing 362rwhp i trapped 115 so i have about 55 more rwhp now i think it is possible. in my trans am with less power i traped 120 no problem the z is a much lighter car too!

Why is your stock Greddy fuel map so rich between 4-5.5rpm. Is that an area that you tweak or was the out of the box sutff. The richest mine got was 11.5 at 5psi. Also, did you tweak the entire fuel map when raising your boost, or did the e-01 compensate with more fuel automatically as it should.

yeah...by the way..can you PM me your phone number...I wanna talk to you live about this as I'll be tuning my car shortly.

Is the stock fuel pump sufficient for 8psi with the 440cc injectors?

i have no clue why it is so rich my greddy stock map was always in the 10's. we only tweaked after 5500. im going back next week so he can tweak the whole table i would like it the whole table to be around 11.4-11.9 the only thing i can think is that the regulator i put raises it 1psi of fuel for every psi of boost. i dont hink anyone has tried running the 440cc with 8psi to see if it leans out like the 380's do at 8psi. i just wanted to be safe so i upgraded the fuel.

amai i will pm if we are going for sure but im pretty sure we will be there!

Nice! Keep us posted. I can't wait to see some final figures when everything is dialed in. And please post SAE figures, too. I'm guessing you're probably about 405hp and 375 torque SAE corrected.

Yes, your fuel pump and reg is definately making you run rich. Your entire greddy map needs to be adjusted if you change the fuel pump and reg.

Geez, that engine has a really nice power and torque curve, the car must feel very strong. Compared to most of the power graphs of centrifugal superchargers I have seen recently you must be very pleased that you went with the TT system. Congrats......well done.
