All we used was the scaling for the injector size. The idle is fine, unless you are at high rpm's and push in the clutch it wants to die. We are in the process of fixing this.

Is there a dyno chart in this post's near future? Also, what gas did you use to put down the 595 HP?

We will post a chart asap. The 595 was made on 91 octane.

Did you have to perform an Idle Air Volume Learning Procedure before it idled using a Consult-II? Or did it just idle right out of the box with the scaling adjustment?

It would idle right out of the box after exporting the maps to the e-manage from greddy.

Yuck. Is that all this car is good for up here (im assuming 15.60 here in colorado 5280 altitude) because i've seen tons of time slips posted here 14sec range 100 mph range traps stock (lots from cali sea level times)

My 350z feels real weak compared to my chiped/exaust Audi S4 i just traded in thats for sure!

10 psi out of a t25 is the equivalent of about 3 psi in a t78 (rough guess) it goes like this a turbo flows air right? well the amount of air it flows is based on the size of the compressor, then that amount of air is pressurized to a certain degree. a large turbo will produce the same power at a low psi that a small one would at high psi just because the compressor is much larger on the big one. i think its called cfm (the amount of air that it flows) and is generally measured by the a/r of a turbo. im sure someone else will chime in and explain this more for you as im not the best at pointing out the details
Anyway You and Double121 are right ...dont know what i was thinking well in my defense I was stightly intoxicated well maybe more than slightly but i know better than that ..forgot CFM duh.. you can flow 100 cfm at 10 psi or 1000 cfm at 10 psi depending on the compressor ..just a little brain

Guys, remember that in addition to compressor flow, you have the flow of the heads and the engine itself.

The PSI is generated by backpressure, which is due to the compressor pusing more air into the intake than the engine can take. This causes a buildup of air (increased pressure) which forces air through the intake valves into the engine. As long as your turbo is operating efficiently, 10 PSI on one turbo should flow similarly to 10 PSI on another because they are both forcing air through the same heads and intake valves.

I think the biggest difference is where exactly you are operating in the turbo map, and therefore how much you are heating the air and how close you are to the maximum flow of the turbo's. Also, a bigger turbo might allow freer exhaust flow which might allow a bit more air to flow during the intake stroke at the same PSI (OK, a bit contradictory to what I was saying before, but it's not going to be a 10X difference or anything like that). The primary importance is to get a set of turbos that are sized for your planned boost and flow rate (which are related to eachother based on the engine size, exhaust, intake, blah, blah, blah).

Boulder Nissan:

What is the current fuel system setup you are using to acheive these numbers? Based on your comments about the need to upgrade your fuel system, are you really running the stock system to get this power? If so...how is that possible?

I am maxing out my stock system at 7psi.

BTW, great post...and PLEASE keep us updated with dyno charts, etc...etc....this is great!!

We used the stock fuel system. It did drop pressure but the A/F was at around 10:1 at 4000 rpms and went to 11:1 up until 5500 rpms and then climbed up to 14:1 at 6500 rpms. We are upgradeing the complete fuel sysem now.
