As the autometer pod does not fit and currently nothing else avaliable, where have you f/i g35's put your gauge(s). Im thinking of making a plate for 2 52mm gauges in the nav/cubby storage. Any input and pictures would be appreciated. TIA

I just datalogged boost and A/F to my profec E-01. I wanted a very clean appearance on my interior. My pics are shown on a thread a page or two back under profec e-01 flush install. The screen is very visible while driving. Once you get your A/F and boost set, you shouldn't have to monitor them every second anyway.

Installer put them in nav cubby. I have since had them switch out autometer A/F for AEM wideband (in middle). They said it was a tight fit but it looks good in my opinion. Really stealth with cover closed.

kzanard, what brand of gauges are you using. Also when they ran the wires from the back of the gauges did they drill a hole out in the bottom of you nav/cubby and just pull the wires thru or did they have to take the dash apart to get at the wiring. Also do you have any more close up pix? TIA

Here is a link to pics of my gauge installation, which utilized the nav cubby space, and the glove box.
Initially I wanted the lid to close on the cubby, but the visibility was compromised and I wanted to use the larger 60mm face meters, so the custom mold is what you see. The meters in the glove box are canted to the driver, and when the door is close they are out of sight.

Freezeg35,
That was an old pic (I need to take new ones). In the pic they are all Autometer 52mm gauges: Boost, A/F, EGT (left to right). I threw out the useless narrowband A/F and replaced with AEM wideband A/F. I had a shop do the installs and they told me it was labor intensive. I guess the entire center console needed to come off to get at the cubby and for proper wire routing.
