Basically what the subject says. Aside from Greddy, i haven't seen eithr JWT, PE or Jim Wolf come with blow off valves on their kits. Aren't blow off valves safety precautions for the turbo? And of course for the cool sound also? Just wondering

 

The Greddy doesn't come with a BOV either just waste gates. I think that the thought is that at 6 pounds of boost or so it is not needed to have a BOV, but if you are going to up the boost it would be adviceable to add one.

 

They didnt include them to save costs. Arguabely, a BOV should be standard equipment on TT, but the manufacturers elected to not include them.

 

Just a note : APS "does" include a dual stage BOV in the basic kit.

 

but its not on the market yet.

 

Some things are worth waiting for...

Forged internals....> APS...> 600rwhp -> etc.
