Default Anyone running PE 510cc Injectors?

Are these too big for 8psi?? Problem is I think the 380ccs are on the small side.

I'm think of using these with a Vortech tuner install. Anyone got suggestions/thoughts/advice??

I'm trying to decide on ECU piggyback - I think these are too big to use with the Greddy eManage right?

Think they'd idle OK??

Thnx in advance - Chris

I found that for our size motors and number of cylinders, the size in cc of the injectors can handle ruffly the same number of power at the crank. Its a real ruff estamite but thats what i use.

I think Skidazzle was on stock injectors and posting around 450 rwhp. I'm running the 440's and was limited to 375 rwhp because the fuel system couldn't keep up (supply, not the injectors).

The weak link is the returnless fuel system. 440's will take me far past the capabilities of the stock internals.

Thanks for the feedback gents.

I'm thinking based on the above, the 510s may be overkill, and cause problems tuning, particularly with emanage. Based on calculations, 440s are the right size, but I don't want to go with injectors that have to be soldered in - that's why the PEs are so appealing...but the 380s are just a bit on the small side - I can't help but think they will be taxed to the max which defeats the whole reason to upgrade.

I need to think this through some more....

That's why I'm looking at the UR fuel system Adam is selling at Z1 Performance - they take your pump assembly and fuel rails, and convert this to a return system - they have 440 cc injectors in the jit as well, but these have to be soldered in.

If you think of upgrading I suggest to give contact Z1
