Hey guys,
I just got my 2.87 pulley in today and i have a dyno and tune scheduled for tomorrow. The problem is, i cant even start to loosen the bolts holding the stock 3.33 in place. I only have hand tools, maybe thats the problem, but i dont know where to start. I remember someone saying you can take off the cog pulley and remove the 4 allen screws and just take off the whole assembly rather than loosen the charger from its plate.
Any info on how to get this pulley off would be great!
Thanks in advance!
Jon

Jon,
First.... You must have the RIGHT tools for the job.
Hints......
1. You do not need to loosend the supercharger bolts.
2. The surp pulley will not slide all the way off the shaft without hitting the blower. So- you will need to loosen the allenhead screws enough to do that.
3. Make sure that you use Loctite on the pulley bolts with you put it back together.
If this is not making sence to you, I think you need a Pro to do the job. The job is not hard-but it MUST be done RIGHT. VERY IMPORTANT.
