GQ try softening your suspension in the rear and/or change Hotchkis rear sway to the next softer setting.

The cause #1 cause of oversteer is to stiff in the back as compared to the front. You can also siffen the front via sway and damping as an alternative.

I was getting massive oversteer with my JICs and it took as little as changing the damping rate softer on the back and stiffer on the front. I have the Hotchkis says both set on medium.

adding weight to the front is bad

I, during my last few months of Z ownership, went on a weight saving purge

high flo cats
dry carbon hood
wet carbon front bumper and fenders

light lug nuts, light tires(great mod)
Sparco torino seats
...uuhhhhh, lemme see here...lighter front and heavier rear sway bars

hmm

other stuff too, just cant remember

BUT having 50/50 weight distrobution is so awesome, its pervfection, good steering without rears breaking loose, it is really a joy to drive wtih that

hope you take my opinion seriously

i am indeed a Know it all
