Default Styling opinions

Ok, I ordered a new G35 bumper due to my original bumper being damaged in a collision. I have an idea with regards to my bumper being painted. I'll use the following pic of the rear portion of a G35 to help you members visualize what I'm talking about:

Ok, there is a section right above the exhaust tips.........generally the rear diffuser section.........that is seperated by a line which curves around the lower part of the bumper. I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about. I'm considering leaving that portion black, while the rest of the bumper is painted body color. Similar to how the bumpers of the Ford Cobra, BMW 330ci ZHP, etc. are painted (see pic below):

Can you guys visualize what I'm saying? What do you think about that idea? My car is DG by the way. Do also take into consideration that I will be equipping the car w/ Diamond Black TE37's and smoked bumper lenses (via Blue Batmobile). I'm also getting my Gialla grill painted at the same shop.

also...

By the way, can somebody do some PS work on the pic below, and color that lower portion black just so that it can be further visualized?

Here are the Photoshopped versions of the two pics above that my boys on the BMW forum did for me to help get a better idea as to how it would look:

Do it...looks good!

Also..take off the INFINITI badge since you already have the SKYLINE and 350GT badging.
I know it's a pain to remove the INFINITI EMBLEM.
You can either leave it alone or what I did was put the NISSAN badge on my trunk and the NISSAN EMBLEM in the front grille!

Gotta keep it uniform!

NICE RIDE

I think that would look great. I had a 03 Cobra prev to buying the G, and i always loved the rear bumper with the color difference.

Thanks for your input guys. I appreciate it. That white G looks clean. How much is the Nismo rear?

The NISMO frame I picked it up the same time I bought the emblems. It was like $30-$40.00 don't remember.

I still need to find the nissan ctr caps for the 18"s, skyline door sills, change the leather to NISSAN EMBLEM w/Skyline and the Logo on the steering wheel to make it complete!

Good luck!

I've seen the Skyline door sills. I'll find the link and post it here.
