What price is expected for a new g35 coupe (MSRP/above/below)
What is the general price people are paying for a new g35 2dr, manual? Is it below MSRP, above or around MSRP? TIA. Especially for bay area people
It all depends on where you live. I think the market is hot in CA for the G. I don't know about your area, but from what I hear so cal is very hot. I paid $1000 under MSRP in Miami. I don't think I've heard anyone pay above MSRP.

We've only got one dealer down here. Even down here you can get a G 6MT for MSRP.
If you're on the Continental US you certainly should be able to get one below MSRP. You might have to fly to pick it up and drive it back, but it'd be a good road trip.
