Hope they don't change it too much. I prefer how BMW builds great cars, and then tends to keep it's models for a longer period of time before completely redesigning them...

 

Nope 05 was the end for CB. I have an 04 CB as well.

 

How can they say 07 wont look too different. They are coming out with the GTR in 07 so the G will have to look different. At least the outside will have to be redesigned.

 

why would the outside have to be different?

 

they usually redesign the front and the rear on cars just to make it slightly different plus to diferentiate between the base models and say the gtr

nope...they are doing a pretty good job keeping this secret.

 

I hope it would look somewaht decent, not something utterly drastic that it will make it look like crap.

oh alright...CB was my first choice .. but i ended up getting Black .. apparently CB was very hard to find for the 04's.

 

Didn’t check here for a while. Well, back to the message. I wanted to get IP first, but I saw CB in LA while visiting my brother and fall in love with this color. Well, still couldn’t make final decision between two colors (IP or CB) at that time. I went to dealer to check their inventory and wanted to get an auto, not MT. I didn’t know how to drive manual car anyway. I saw a full loaded CB MT with NAV on their lot and express my interest to sale guy there. I didn’t like the number they told me. Two weeks later, same sale guy called me and gave me a better number. They were trying to push all 04 models out a month before 05 coming out. Everyone tried to wait for 05 models. Went to that dealership and talked down the price even lower (below invoice). Picked up the car same day with friends. I think I was very lucky. Owning a G more than a year now, I still love CB color. Never regret to get that color.
