I have a pr friend, that went to puerto rico for christmas to see his family, he is friends with lots of drag racers there. He told me that they were claiming fastest "stock block", not stock bottom end. He was told that most of the people are doing sleeves, so since that guy is the fastest on the stock block it was a big deal. Although I hear he does have internals.

They do a lot of racing in Puerto Rico. I was stationed there when I was in the Army. I saw turbo hyundais out there that were just ripping things up. I got smoked by a turbo tercel one time out there.
