Default Cruise Control Question + 6MT

Does anyone else have a issue with the Cruise going on and off the throttle in quick repetitive fashion while going down a hill? It's a little annoying but don't know if it's normal for the 06 G35.

I have an 04.5 Z and it does the same thing down hill, like it is cutting fuel but its hard to say.

CC actually stays on, but the blip you feel is just fuel cut to maintain speed...

Yeah that is normal... Cruse wont apply the brakes, it will adjust throttle to maintain speed...

If you are going down hill, the car will try to speed up and the CC will try to slow you down by closing the throttle...

Well, its not normal as I have owned plenty of 5speed cars and none of them felt even close to this with the cruise going down the hill. It's almost like it goes from 0% to 15% to 0% to 15% all in quick amount of time. All my other cars would stick it to 5% and just smoothly go down the hill. For a G35 to have worse cruise control then 2 of my old Sentras and my VW Passat V6 (all sticks) thats kinda bad.

I am wondering if the G35 just has a bad design for it's cruise. Mine works, it just cycles a lot when you go down a hill. No car I have ownd has been this bad.
