Default Where are all the G enthusiasts????

I have been trying to figure out the whole freshalloy/my350z.com deal. It seems that on freshalloy, no one has much to say about performance and what can be done about it. This is the site that has GOBS of information on Turbo kits, ECU upgrades, pulleys, wheels, suspension, etc. Why is everyone over on freshalloy? Because this site is named after the 350? If the people over at freshalloy would take the time to read the 350 Performance forums here, I think they would all be pleasantly surprised. Is this just me or do the other G drivers over here see the same thing??? I wish it was all in one place!!! The nice environment of Freshalloy with the technical know how of my 350 Z would be utopia!!!! Please someone make it happen!!!

I agree, i usually come over here to read up on any technical info that I need. FreshAlloy isn't broken up by topics either so I end up having to sort thru what seems like hundreds of threads on paints chips.

I have been splitting my time between a couple different G35 boards:

G35-Forum
G35 Driver

I tend to stay away from freshalloy because it is too limited.

I primarily frequent the same 2 forums as Mera'din, but I visit all 4 in the course of a given week. I wish it was all in one place too, but that's not to be, unfortunately.

BTW, Mera'din, I finally visited your web site. Nice job! Your car pics look great.

I discovered this forum a couple weeks ago. There are a lot of members and some impressive technical discussions. I was getting tired of the same threads on Freshalloy. It was a good place to get info when I first found out about the G35 coupe. Now that I have been there for 6 months, it gets a little old with the same topics beat to death over and over. Hopefully more G35 owners will find this site and join up, and I already recognize almost everyone here. Especially Puff, that dude gets around. BTW Puff, I came across a beautiful pic of your CB coupe in a thread about Zaino - looked awesome!!

thats exactly what i plan to do. as soon as these insurance companies get off their asses and start paying me. ive already got my list together.

1) Nismo sways

2) Possibly the Nismo Springs/Shocks or maybe the Eibach kit

3) Maybe the lip spoiler..

4) I need some drilled/slotted rotors, but i can only find slotted so far

5) the Injen exhaust has really caught my eye. Im not a big fan of the "one big muffler and 2 outlets" look.....

6) and finally some shoes....

i dont think that i am gonna mess with an intake and just wait for the F/I, if it becomes available. this should be a fun and expensive summer....

did you wreck your last car to get the G, thats what i did
just get the full nismo suspension its a great bargain im gonna buy that soon and test it out at willow springs
some wheels volk te37s or le37T's
no idea what kinda bodykit im gonna get, if i dont get more options im buying nismo, really want a whole front bumper so my holes dont show up.
looking at some exhausts, rotors are towards the bottom of my list.
as far as the motor, ive got some things planned
