G35 Clutch burned out before 9K miles

my clutch started acting funny and i took it to my dealership on my 07 g35 coupe.. and i know how to drive stick.. but my dealership said if it burned out before 10k i would get a new one for free.. and its about there but i have nitrous so cant do that nemore lol
