Do those heads share an similarities with SR or KA heads? I know the V-12 BMW heads are essentially a 2.5l I-6 on one side and then the same setup mirrored for the other...

To the naked eye, I don't see these heads similar to any other nissan head design. It would be nice for the 4 banger crowd if they were since these motors are fairly inexpensive.

Motor mounts
Turbo Oil feed fittings
Chromed wather pump pulley and tensioner washers.
Polished Throttle body

Here's a shot of the driver side motor mount after some paint.

I like it, tubularness, did it seem stable on the mounts?

Well, after it was bolted up it seemed a little wobbly but I found the mounts to be broken so I'll have to go out and get new ones. If its still too wobbly, I'll just hockey puck it.

Looks like there needs to be more support that one tube has to support the whole motor practically, and with movement back and forth, the chances of that snapping are pretty great. Don't want ya to get your sexy new motor in and the damn thing tries to squish ya the first chance it gets.

Its more than enough. Its actually two contact points and a third short pipe to reinforce.

If you think my mounts are weak, look at these:

are you going to put a bushing between the mount and the subframe?

Doh.

They were hard to distinguish for some reason. Probably because I was at work where I shouldn't be surfing the forums...
