PROJECT : BUILT VH45DE TT on a G coupe
Quick update:
-20 AN fitting welded to the front of the Thermostat housing. This eliminates the radiator fill cap, PCV vlave and distribution block.

On this pic I was just polishing up on my UMMM... polishing skills. Now I remember why I pay so much to get stuff polished! Coz its a pain in the @$$.

... to your nipple? Were you polishing your ****? LOL
I did that with an 80 grit dremel sanding wheel and then moved down to 120 then to 400 then 1000, and finished it off with 2000 and then Mothers metal polish.

and I can start on the top part of it. For today I'm just going to be working on the driver's side runners though.

Not yet because at this time I'm pretty much just tacking everything in place. I have to go back and port the runners but I'll be putting up some more pics of that as it comes along. Probably tomorrow.
Somebody on Nico forums requested a pic showing the inside of the runners. Here's a look inside:
UNported:

Ported:

I can't finish the porting until I get the runners fully welded to the flanges.
