I've been meaning to ask the reason for your turbo selection. I'm not familiar with Borg Warner (or are they Schwitzer as mentioned in your original post?) turbos and haven't seen anything about them on these boards. What size are they compared to Garrett, Greddy, etc. turbos that are commonly discussed here. Are the turbos you selected ball bearing as well? What's their horsepower capability?

Well I should have been more specific. The turbos I'll be running are 56mm Bullseyes. I chose non-ball bearing because I want to be able to service them if the motor blows. A ball bearing turbo makes a great paperweight if the cartridge becomes contaminated.
Also, bullseye pretty much makes a mut out of a bunch of different turbo parts but at the same time does plenty of research to ensure you get ridiculously efficient unit. I've seen Bullseye non-bb turbos spin for over 35 seconds after a car shut off from idling.
Dont want to look like im going off subject but check out this 240 with the VH

OK, I'll try to be patient.
I'm really curious to see what your power curve will look like when it is done. I expect the spool up on those 56mm turbos will be significantly quicker than that 76mm you're putting on your Eclipse.

I built the entire head on the eclipse so I can rev past 9,000 rpms. I'm guessing it will spool at 4,800 rpms.
On the other hand the VH will spool the twin 56's fairly quickly. I want a fun car to drive and alot of turbo sound SHHHHHH PSHHHHHH (sorry that's my best redition of a BOV).
Here's a short clip I made today to show how nicely these turbos spin. Try that on another non ball bearing turbo! =)
