Maybe I'll end up relocating the oil filter since it might get in the way of the exhaust manifold. I'm not worried about the ac lines since there's a shop down the street that can do custom fexible A/C lines in a matter of minutes and I'm sure they can do custom P/S lines as well.

I have a few older VIP magazines my gf at the time picked up in japan....they've been twin'in those Q45s for a while now....might be worth a look to see what kinks they've run into before you go to far.....not sure what EM they used.
Sorry for the lack of updates but I should have some more coming tues or thurs when I get the tranny and adaper plate in.
Again, I want to thank everyone for dropping by!

On a separate note:
I do have to say that the next V8 I build will have to be a VK since I've found that many replacement parts for the VH are practically out of production and many are on lengthy backorders.
I swear I'll never restore another old geezer like this. I've killed about 40 spiders, found a freaking brown recluse (it was dead but still) and killed a ton of little ant looking things that I still don't know what they are. I've also broken about 2 dozen rusty bolts, cut every inch of my hands and lucky for me I got a tetanus shot a while back!
