Because other people will come in here see his wheels and think its the correct fitment. You see this is a public message board. People get ideas from what other members have done and are doing. Without input from members like XKR and SOLO. People could assume that the OP way of doing things is the only way to fit 20x11.5 on the rear of your G/350. You're probably the dumbest vender i have ever seen there is no way im spending a dime with your company.

nowhere did the OP say this is the ONLY way to do it...just that its the way he chose to do it. He didnt write the post as a tutorial, he wrote it to show off what he thinks is a nice setup - if its not your taste/style/method, then so be it

 

Actually per his posts, he said: "This is the only way I could run the biggest tire size on my G35". That's when we corrected him at first.

 

yeah I read that too....I just think it was poorly worded way of saying that in order to run the offset he chose (because he wanted this particular look), he was limited to that tire as a max size.

anyway, whatever, it's his car, his choice - it's not what I'd do, it's not what you would do, it's just what he happened to do.

 

Agreed. And I believe we should just leave it at that. I think others will get the idea this isn't the right choice of wheels offsets to go with.

Someone in my350 once said that " because the G's and Z's have been on the market for a while...you will be able to get a used one cheap and because of that the Ricer's are going to get there hands on these cars and lower them to the level of the honda's."

I dont get it?? I must be slow. hah. I love aggresive wheels and strecthed tires. Im about to sell my works to get some damn poke going on. Its hard to find anything worth a ****. Im leaning towards Vs-xx since i can get then in an 11 and really low offsets. My fenders are already rolled and pulled. By the way love your car dude, perfect setup.
