Default What finish would you go with...???

Damen and Edretti are prolly tired of hearing this question because they have heard me ask it a coupletimes, but I am going to throw it out there to the rest of you.

I have a black coupe, and am looking at getting some wheels...I am 98% set on the wheels (to be announced later) but I am trying to decide on the finish for them.

Polished is always clean and nice looking, so I cannot go wrong with that....

gunmetal is diffferent and looks great with black I think...but it is not the norm and may take some getting used to....

what do you guys think?

You can't go wrong with Gunmetal. Make that deep dished in the rear and I believe we have a winner. So, what type of rim are you getting?

I have the gunmetal aero's. Will mount them either this weekend or next.

Trying to decide if I want to get the eibach's and lower it.

My coupe is Diamond Graphite and the gunmetal are a shade darker but I still think it goes very well.

Since you have a black coupe I would definitely go with the black finish and a nice polished lip. No doubt that would look so tight! Also, are you getting the 2 piece wheels or 3? If it's the 2 piece I would also get the studs. Because it will stand out in the black and look very good!

i went all polished (aeros) with a silverstone Z...the brushed aluminum wasnt enough of a change from stock setup

black is a bad attempt at being aggresive (see pic) you cant even see the wheels

[

gunmetal is a better attempt at being stealthy

polished takes the cake

the ones on the audi are that shiny because they are in a car show...the senekas happen to be nicer for a polished finish...go look at eddretis car and tell me you dont like the polished look..they are verry nice..and the wierd part is if they get a little dirty they might even be nicer

Hey man, go gunmetal! I think it would look phat! Where do you live? We'll have to hook up so I can see your wheels either way. Maybe we should hook up a G get together soon somewhere here on the east coast even if it's a couple of hours drive. Now tell us what the hell your gonna order!!!!!

lol....Edretti I am in nashville...about a 9 hour drive from DC. But i would love to set up a meet or something some place. Would be a blast.

I am going to go with the Evolutions I think because they fill out the wheel well I little better than the smaller spoked Aeros. Was a tough decision though.

I am leaning hard toward gunmetal, but the final decision is not made yet...that pic of the black bmw with the gunmetals on it looks great. The polished lip will give it that stand out feel, but still not be too much to pull away from the car.

mannZ THROW THOSE GUNMETAL AEROs ON YOUR CAR SO I CAN SEE!!!!!!!! that would help me out a ton!! HURRY UP! Also, if you post in the wheels section, please come and throw a pic up in this thread so i am sure to see it. thanks

Now, I just have to get moved next week and settled and then I am off and ordering.

Thanks damen and edretti for the help and input fellas.
