Default what is legal for the g37 in VA

Guy today was the worst day ever. I got stopped by police in Fairfax "where I live" it was my room-mate g37. He got greddy TiC exhaust the police officer gave me a ticket for it that says impoper exhaust as it says in greddy website it's 50 state legal. One more thing, The rims are 19x10 in the back and 19x9 in the front "ticket for that too." now what the hell is going on. I have seen louds of trucks in VA,DC and MD area with huge tires and wheels sticking out. oh and he gave me another ticket " driving without a permet" even though I have an international liecnse now is it the fact that I'm not from this country that they did this to me or is it the same for everyone.
now what do I have to do to get out of this situation.

50 state legal may mean emissions, not necessarily for decibel level. And how in the world do you get a ticket for wheels???

can you scan the tickets? I am interested to see what you are ticketed for. I am guessing exhaust decibel level for the exhaust.. I cannot fathom what the wheels would be for though unless you were rolling around with super retarded unsafe camber : )

I haven't seen an international license, is that supposed to be legal in the US?

I never heard of anyone getting a ticket because the rims sizes were different.

I used to get improper exhaust, alter suspension, tint & no front plate when I lived in VA! I believe the decibel level is somewhere around 94, but I think I'm mixing that number up.

GReddy Racing Ti-C Cat-back Exhausts combine the design, looks and flow of our Full Racing Titanium systems with the durability, deep sound, value and large application list of our other Stainless Steel street systems. This fusion of aggressive styling and practical construction, makes this the logical choice for both Race and Street Enthusiasts. It improves high and mid-range performance while still allowing for suitable sound levels when used with the included tuned Tri-mounted Silencer*. *(included with most applictions, Most applications below 92db, with all under 94db). The large list of applications include 80mm piping for Turbo applications and 50-60-70-80mm for Normally Aspirated vehicles. Made completely in Japan.
From Greddy website says all app. are below 94db, around 92db ??
