Default OS Giken TR2A G37 Clutch Install

What's up guys? Being one of OS Giken's largest retail distributors on the east coast, we have the oppertunity to install and test out many of their products on all applications. We recently had a 2009 Infiniti G37S come in the shop for an OS Giken TR2A Clutch install. This clutch kit includes a smaller style twin disk setup that can handle upwards of ~500whp . These clutches are the latest technology in racing drivetrain applications. PM or Call me today for exclusive VQ pricing.

OS Giken highly recommends upgrading the slave cylinder sleeve assembly to be able to handle the increased pressure and power capacity.

Did you install the flywheel in the correct clocked position?

I purchased a set from Zspeed for my '08 350Z Nismo V.(US Spec.) the OSG STR2CD, with the Wilwood MC, and HD CSC, what other things do I need to make this install work properly. Do I also need performance fluid? My OSG kit didn't come with a bearing, so I'm feeling a bit skeptical on doing the install, until I could find another way of putting this kit in my car.

I have a 2008 350Z Nismo V. (US Spec).

I purchased a kit from Zspeedperformance, as I recalled when I spoke to Joe, about my purchase. o bought the OSG STR2CD, Wilwood MC, and the HD CSC, my question is, what other things do I need other than the tools in my garage to make this function in my car, when changing out my clutch, with this setup?

does this site even have a "How to?" on certain products, especially on OSG clutch kits; such as the STR2CD, or one must be mechanically inclined?

You should not need anything else except trans fluid, We use and recommend Motul gear 300 trans fluid. You will also need a 1/2 pint or pint of fresh DOT 3 brake fluid for the hydraulics.

It is fairly involved to change, If you are not comfortable with changing a clutch/flywheel and bleeding a hydraulic system I would look for someone qualified to install it all for you.

I'm wondering how much more bleeding must be done in order to get that stiff feeling on the pedal? or do I still have air inside the steel lines from the Wilwood MC and the HD CSC?

How stiff the pedal feels is all related to the clutch itself. Its not something you can change by bleeding.

The STR2CD clutch will have a pretty light pedal feel.
