IMPUL 3pc wing FGlass, est $200-259.00, 3-5 weeks. Need 15-20 people.


If I left something out it is because I haven't taken a request. If you can get 10+ people on something let me know and we''ll do it.


As always our kits are made from strong industrial fiberglass by a company that has been doing this before imports were cool. We take an ORIGINAL part and make a direct copy to ensure a great fit.

how does VIS Racing get away with this?

Cheston tried to copy the Top Secret kit and had to chnage his design by a certain percentage to be legal.

Seems like VIS Racing kits are exact copies, and they don't get in trouble?

They may have a design patent in Japan, but perhaps not an international patent?

 

VIs got sued big time by VEILSIDE...notice I and most wont even think about VS copies..they SUE on the spot!

If there isnt a US based Patent, you can't do it. TS is very good about suing as well so I find companies that have no ground to stand on. Besides it is the copier not the wholesalers that are most liable.
