The mods won't really make *much* of a difference. I'd say it's a drivers race.

Yes, everything helps. But remember, the G is ~200lbs heavier than the Z. It's going to take a lot of mods to make up for that.

I promise you will not be disappointed with your new G.

I have those mods on my AT G35. My G has NEVER lost a race to a Z. I wouldn't say they are slower at all.
Probably more of a drivers race than differences in the car.

The auto Z has a carbon fiber driveshaft... which eliminates a lot of the drivetrain loss the G35 has... which has an aluminum driveshaft. I honestly think that auto Z's are quick, as I have lost to them (in my 6sp Z) much easier to launch off the line, and eliminates the third pedal to make errors on. I haven't heard much in terms of 1/4 mile times on the 6MT G35 though. Maybe because they're so rare?

But to answer the original posters question, even with those mods, I would give the edge to the Z. Drive it in manual mode to stand a chance.

It may be ricer math, but it could be somewhat accurate... Couple the Intake with the exhaust and you should see anywhere from 10-18 rwhp... I would recommend getting the cats though... they opened up my car immensely.

Let's try and do some lame science (ie ricer math). Let's state that those mods net you 20hp on the G35c (I'm not sure they'd do this, it's just for comparison). BTW I chose a G35c auto w/prem pkg and a 350z Touring with auto (as close as I could get in terms of equipment). The stats were off the manufacturer's website, and I assumed that the mods don't add any weight.

G35c (stock) - 3422/280hp = 12.22
G35c (modded) - 3422lbs/300hp= 11.4 lbs/hp
350Z - 3239lbs/287hp= 11.28 lbs/hp

You figure out how significant that difference is for yourself. For the G to match the Z you'd need 303hp. But all this is crap. Just race the two and see. ;-)
