Light ? Can some one help

How do you get the lights to look like this… is its some wiring or?

I live in Sweden so I think it is disabled…!

Those you can buy from Ares. PM him. It isnt just wiring, the stock ones are just reflectors. Ares makes some with the LEDs and you can even get them in different colors.
