Salesman said to change oil every 3700 miles, isnt that too many miles before an oil change? Also what kind of oil is good for the car?

Also I Know premium is recommended, but what brand does everyone use here?

I was thinking Shell Vpower, my tank will be emtpy soon from the fillup my dealer gave me.

 

mobile 1 (5-30W), 93 octane gas......depend on how hard you drive your car. Usually, i change oil every 3000 miles or every 3 months. I don't know about transmission oil....
