Yeah the metal badge is nice. I think another reason I like the V2 is that my pipe is the same size the entire way and doesn't have a reducer like the AEM does right after the MAF housing.

here are some pictures of my v3 nismo intake..



Before it was installed.. stock intake looks pretty ugly in my opinion..



took out the guts..





intake installed.. took a good 3.5 hrs to install.. removing the left fender was very a bit painful.. i also had to remove a good part of the under molding thing to get access to remove the foam thing. But worth it in my opinion, looks pretty pimpy

Btw.. wanted to thank performance nissan for the intake.. i bought 2 different intakes previously and finally settled w/ the nismo. Thanks for their patience! And thanks to jason for answering all my nub questions

Btw, does the 350z engine cover fit for the g35? I prefer the half engine cover look rather than that big bulky stock g35 cover. Also, does the 350z engine cover fit w/ the kinetix plenum? Any help would be nice.. thanks.
