Give them your VIN, if they deny to work on your car...take them to court. Nissan knows the laws, they CANNOT void your warranty without proving the modification caused the problem.

The Magnusso-Moss Act does mean that the manufacturer (not the dealer) needs to prove the modification caused the problem, but how many people have the time/money to fight it in court?

The dealer can't void the warranty without consulting with NNA anyway. No idea, i'd do it though if my car was almost brand new.

i agree id rather not get into the headache if its avoidable. if i can get my stuff without my vin fine and good. if not then i would like a refund.

Nissan wants the vin to expidite the order, they will not upgrade the shipping without one.

So we just have to wait a little longer if we don't send in our VIN? Until AA receives a large order of gaskets?

Thats fine with me! AA is a good company, and I am sure we are getting a good product ( at a great price ).

I don't think the delay will be that long, dealers have to get their parts too!

Any idea about how long of a wait?

My spacer kit arrived today. Thanks Mike & Dave! It included the spacer, gasket, longer bolts, washers for standoffs & washers for strut bar.

I plan to do a before and after set of dyno runs, if they (my speed shop) can squeeze me in this weekend. I want to do two pulls Sat. morning, install the spacer and get at least 100 miles on it, then two more pulls on Sunday.

Dave, are you shipping them according to the order of the group buy list, or by order of payments received?

We had to go by order of payment. It gets difficult to decipher names, email addies, user names, etc.
