That looks like way too much work.

LINK to other methods. If the HELP! method proves successful, that would be the easiest/cheapest ay to go.

This is the link to the installation on the 02 simulator.

I think splicing wires is a lot easier than drilling through pipe. Just my opion though......

Shortened version:
"i just went and got the HELP! Spark plug non fouler. Part 42002 for 3.99 from autozone.
Its a 2 pack, that you screw together, and then screw the open end into the o2, and the other into the bung.
I'm going to be getting this done tomorrow.
This does require that you drill out the hole to allow for more flow to the o2, but thats pretty easy."This does require that you drill out the hole to allow for more flow to the o2, but thats pretty easy."

all you need to do is drill out the pieces that you buy. NO modifcation to anything on the car. That's what makes this method so appealing.

The mil elimimators would be a better choice in my opinion if you are going to splice wires since you won't have to deal with where to put the box with the simulator post above.

I'm interested in how they install in terms of placement. get some pics if possible. Also, what was the cost for those. the list $25 + $5 shipping. Is that for one? so it would be $50-$60 for a pair??

You don't need a pair. Just get the one with the double output. Same price.

That sucks. I ordered them a few days ago. What does work for my car? Can you get me something that works? If so, how much?

I would trust the mil eliminators that I posted. I am getting my throttlebody back in a matter of hours and will run my datalogger on them to show they work. under $30

On another 350Z forum I picked up that these here are working fine - and you need only one!

I just did the help method on 2004.5 ati z and it took about 30 minutes total. I was getting the light almost instantly after resetting. "low cat threshold". Took it out and drove the crap out of it and also normal driving...everything I could do to get the light to turn on....No light yet

you must be pretty happy. Probably the easiest and cheapest fix to get rid of that d@mn SES light. Glad someone took it upon themself to try it out. Congrats on being engine light free!
