I believe MIAPLAYA told me he got the Apex'i WS2 for $480 shipped! I remember it because it blew my mind on what a great value it was. Also, I think the WS2 only has stainless steel tips with the rest of the system being mild steel with a special, rust resistant coating.

As for my info... Tanabe SMR (Super Racing Medallion)
Got it from Options Auto Salon www.optauto.com
Sound:

Loudness: Very Loud, but deep bassy note. Test Pipes will increase loudness. Only equal I can think of is the RS-R, this is definetly not for the faint of heart.

Workmanship:

Unparalled, quality is fantastic and welds are impecable. Bolts on perfectly with no fuss or fitment issues. Tips have a very nice shine and are marked with Tanabe Logo plate and Serial #.

If you need pics please PM me, I'll be happy to provide.

Anyone have an exhaust clip of the Invidia N-1? Preferrably with test pipes?

for Canadians, try Juan at Lightspeed Innovations in Calgary, Alberta. Its a large facility. They can get almost any JDM part as well as USDM parts at the most competitive prices. Very very nice to deal with. Just say Alex from Vancouver with the 350Z sent you. (yea I know that's long, but he has a LARGE customer base...and this can get you a little discount too.)

please note that the next gear gaskets will cause hood clearance issues if you are running the crawford cast plenum. your hood will bulge out where the plenum and hood are making contact. this is the case if you install both the lower and upper gaskets....may be different if you just install the upper or lower. i bought mine as a set and i don't know if you can buy the upper and lower seperately.

i am not sure if this would be a problem with plenum spacers or other intake manifolds.

the next gear gaskets are very thick and one should take this into consideration before installing or purchasing this item.

on a side note, the gaskets are of great quality and do a very good job in reducing the plenum temps.

Exhaust.. Apexi World Sport 2. Y pipe back ~$589 from board vendors. Pics locates at http://members.***.net/w.suarez/z.htm
Sound clips at http://members.***.net/w.suarez/videos.htm

2 3/4" titanium coated midpipe with SS resonator. Single muffler with dual 4 " tips...

Want to get rid of the SES light from removing your cats?
I have been getting some PMs in regards to MIL eliminators and getting rid of the SES light due to testpipes and the removal of the stock cats. So, here are a couple options that I know have been successful on other cars and are cheap and easy to install:

MIL Eliminators:
Here's a LINK to where I get mine.

I have used them on other cars of mine, but haven't driven them installed on the Z yet, but I am 99% confident they work.

Follow the intall for the ford vehicles that comes with the set as the wiring for our o2 sensors are the same.

If you don't want to cut/splice wires, here is another option to trick the ECU that I picked up from my MSP buddy's website:

LINK

Shortened version:
"i just went and got the HELP! Spark plug non fouler. Part 42002 for 3.99 from autozone.
Its a 2 pack, that you screw together, and then screw the open end into the o2, and the other into the bung.
I'm going to be getting this done tomorrow.
This does require that you drill out the hole to allow for more flow to the o2, but thats pretty easy."
