I know there are claims of hp increase/ Does anyone have any info on solid dyno results from the different systems?
I heard some exhaust systems actually lost power. Which ones?

True so that means the Borla and Stillen are the ones. But Borla isn't a true dual since it feeds into one muffler and the Stillen feeds 2 mufflers. HKS true dual as well.
Am I right?
Am I right?
no there are two versions of the borla... one that feeds into a single muffler (which is supposed to be independently chambered) and one that feeds into two separate mufflers
afaik there's no evidence that the TD version performs better than the single muffler, but borla made the 2nd one for "purists"

I wanted to re-itterate:
"exhaust" means after the Y-pipe on most 350Z applications. That is also how they get the weight. Keep in mind that Stillen replaces the Y-pipe too so you really can't say it weighs 10 more lbs. that stock. I am sure the stock Y-pipe is atleast 10 lbs, maybe a little more or less but you get the point. And, from every dyno I have seen, it is the most torque gain by far, and pretty much equal to 1-2 others in HP gain. Looks a bit "plain" or "stock'ish" but quality is always top-notch.

$1,069 for Magnaflow. Compared to Borla for $800ish.

every exhaust, be it any of the true duals vs a catback + y pipe will gain within a couple hp of one another, so all depends on what you like the looks/spund of and what you can afford

YES! exactly right. its hard to give your opinion on this board, and make decisions based on them, solely because everyone interputs their feelings and their opinions differently. although one person might like a loud exhaust, they might also like a very stock looking exhaust visa versa.
