~!UPDATE!~ Headers anyone?

I thought those numbers referenced the exhaust from each cylinder, and how they joined on the headers. 4 cylinders up top joined into 2 and then one (which should hook up to your cat) ... or ... 4 cylinders that just all join into one pipe.
Each method gets you different results in your power band (power up top or at the bottom to mid-range).
I've never actually shopped for headers on a V6 before, so I have no clue what the lingo is!

Just curious ...
Turbo/supercharger issue................sounds fun but there alot of things with this car to take in consideration. The first thing is how the ECU will see it, and what it will do with the informationit reads.
Second is the fact that the diff will be a puddle on the pavement.
I love turbo's but....... going the all motor route I think might be a better choice here.
I have a S4 with downpipes exhaust and a chip. Lost one turbo and havent put the fun chip back in. got both of the turbos replaced under warranty (whew) Just my personal opinion on the matter though.

Also, nobodies taken into consideration how high the stock compression is, how much boost do you really think you will be able to put on top of 10.3/1 compression anyhow?

that puts the power gains right where we need it, up top. This'll help with that big drop-off we have at high rpms and make our powerband much nicer.

power drop offs at high RPM's ? Peak HP is at 6200rpm's.....we have much more power at the top of the gear than at the bottom.

True, I guess Im just to familiar with i4's. Anyway if you look at it, it goes from 4 into 1. So couldn't you do the same thing and have them go from 4 into 2 into 1? If not, please explain.

As for the guy that expects 30HP from just intake, headers and exhaust, you're in for a world of disappointment.

Ummm...4 into 1? Please check the number of pipes. Three per side, correct? It's not an Integra with an I4, it's a 350Z with a V-6.
