What are the flow rates between the individual runners?

The stock one does not distribute air evenly between the cylinders so I think its important that a replacement manifold prove that it can.

I volunteer to track test it AND dyno test it. I will only send it back if it doesnt make over 8+ whp (that is all I would want out of it). If it makes 8whp or more, I will gladly keep it, and not expect money from you for dyno testing. But if it fails, I would like the option of having my $$$ back-either way Ill pay for the dyno. Also, my a/f right now is perfect 13.1-we can see on my car where, and if it leans me out. I will even re-flash my ecu back into tune with this on. Sound fair ??
Kinetix-not interested in my offer ?? I currently have the Crawford original plenum, do you guys think I would see gains from this? I am going FI down the road, so as long as I dont lose hp now, Id be happy.

Looks like Ron (SungnamZ) attached one of his ground wires to the screw securing the manifold to the engine itself.

Doc, there are eight places on the IM that you could attach "grounding kit wires". The three under the runners on the passenger side would be difficult, but not impossible. You can see in this pic where I have attached one wire.

Not that I am aware of. You may want to try PMing SungNamZ and ask him if he will make you one. He is the only one besides Kinetix with this right now!

I hope that the air gets distributed evenly... looks like the cylinder 1 will get the most. 2 will get second most ect... 6th will get the least?

Why would you think that? The air gets forced in them hits the back wall then gets forced into the tubes. Thats the way it looks to me anyway.

they way im seeing it is its running in at 1 bar/ abient air pressure, not in a FI application where it would be getting forced in. all the cylinders would be sucking in air but the cylindedrs in front of IM get it the easiest due to there proximity.

think of it like this. if the surge tank is to big it would be harder for the engine to create enough force to suck in air.

for example take a straw and try to suck out of a huge bag. then take the straw and suck out of a sandwich bag, its much easier out of the sandwich bag.

i dont know if you understand that but i HIGHLY doubt that this would even happen i just need to read up on IM's/ plenums more to understand them better
